About the Workshop

From 30 October 2026, employers will be required to take all reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment of employees, alongside new responsibilities relating to harassment by third parties, including customers, contractors and service users.
This workshop will help managers understand what those responsibilities mean in practice, identify potential risks and respond to concerns with greater confidence and consistency.
