Sandra Busby is the driving force behind Cnect Wales, a membership organisation central to Wales’ financial and professional services sector, contributing over £650m annually to the Welsh economy. Under her leadership, Cnect Wales has managed two European Funded Welsh Graduate Programmes, supporting the development of future industry leaders.
Sandra is deeply passionate about equality, diversity, and belonging, with a strong commitment to people and customer service at the heart of her work. She has been instrumental in shaping the business landscape in Wales, serving on several boards, including as chair of Chwarae Teg, where she championed women’s economic development.
In 2004, Sandra founded Cnect Wales, creating a high-value employers’ forum that advocates for the interests of 30,000 professionals across 350 centres in one of Wales' most dynamic industries. A regular speaker on business issues, Sandra is dedicated to fostering inclusive environments that support both businesses and individuals.
Outside of work, Sandra has two wonderful children, is a passionate football and golf fan, enjoys keeping fit, and loves exploring new wines and dining experiences.

I have been managing all aspects of CNECT Training for a long time and successfully manage client relations to ensure that delivery of training has been fully acceptable.
I love to see a project from its start to completion being instrumental in seeing people achieve change in their lives. Managing both training to the industry and Pre-employment training to people who at times are further from the working world - Seeing the transformation is the best ever!

Rob is an experienced project accountant, specialising in managing public funded projects. He will is always willing to support stakeholders and is exceptional at managing tight budgets and cashflows.
Extremely analytical with a strategic mind, Rob is also a very quick learner.
Outside of work, Rob’s main passion is music, and it holds such an important place in his heart. He is also an avid reader and gamer.
