In our working lives, we present more often than we realise. Whether it’s convincing our teams to get on board with a new idea or delivering updates to clients, the ability to design and deliver effective presentations is a vital skill for everyone.

This interactive 2-day course not only provides the knowledge to develop these skills but also gives delegates the opportunity to put them into practice. Each participant will design and deliver a 5-minute presentation, building confidence and receiving valuable feedback.

This course will be delivered by Nicky Courtney who brings over 20 years’ experience in the Contact Centre and Sales industries, with a strong track record of delivering impactful and confidence-building training.
