Laura Alexander – Head of Data Services, Hodge
Laura Alexander has been Head of Data Services at Hodge since 2021. A strategic and lateral thinker with exceptional leadership skills, Laura has an authentic style when maximizing data as a strategic asset at Hodge. In this role, she has played a key part in fostering a data-centric culture that supports strategic decision-making, enhances customer experience and strengthens governance. She leads a multi-disciplinary team across data governance, science and analytics and is a trusted voice on the executive leadership team. Her career journey began with analytical and operational roles at SSE, followed by senior posts at Target Group, before joining Hodge.
Matt Speight, Product Owner and Subject Matter Expert – Shared Services Connected Limited.
Matt Speight, Product Owner and Subject Matter Expert for SSCL CXM Hubs. I have worked in the industry for the last 16 years, 12 of which have been at SSCL where I started as an advisor on the phones. I have held a variety of positions through the contact centres landing in my current role which is more technology focussed for the last 4 years. I have been involved recently with several transformation programmes and have introduced AI technologies into our CXM hubs through chatbots and virtual assistants and other technologies.
