On January 28th, 2025, the BBC hosted a Team Leader Roundtable that brought together a remarkable group of professionals for an engaging and insightful discussion. The event centered on workplace inclusion, culture, and best practices, offering a great opportunity for leaders from various industries to connect, share experiences, and discuss the challenges and successes of creating more inclusive environments.
The conversation covered a wide range of important topics, from fostering a sense of belonging to the practical steps organisations are taking to improve workplace inclusivity.
