Matt Davies is a Human Resources consultant, specialising in EDI (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion). Previously the Chief People Officer of Target Group. Having started working in a contact centre, British Gas Cardiff, at 18 he’s spent his career in contact centres and an advocate of how they’re brilliant places to grow your career. Matt is passionate about People Strategy, Employee Engagement and Inclusion. Based in Cardiff Bay with his fiancé Patrick and two sausage dogs; Seymour and Marius.
