A great day at Team Leader Cnect

Hosted on March 19th, 2025, Team Leader Cnect was an empowering celebration of leadership, growth, and inclusive workplaces. The day was packed with inspiring keynotes, interactive workshops, and invaluable networking opportunities for team leaders and managers.

Richard James from BT Group followed with an inspiring talk on what it truly means to build an inclusive workplace. Hearing about BT Group’s journey to winning the Diversity and Inclusion Award was both motivational and informative, offering practical advice on driving cultural change.

The Leadership Panel brought together industry leaders Tracey Hutchinson, Tracy Lawlor, Sarah Hopkins and Richard James. Their discussions on navigating challenges, empowering teams, and leading with authenticity provided invaluable takeaways for all attendees.

Andrew Ashby from Ribbon of Life wrapped up the day with “The Art of Self-Management,” sharing powerful techniques for goal setting, emotional regulation, and achieving a balanced life. An inspiring session that encouraged us to lead with purpose and resilience.

We closed the day with meaningful reflections and a renewed sense of purpose. A huge thank you to our brilliant speakers, engaged participants, and Jomo People for sponsoring this event.

If you’re ready to take your leadership journey to the next level, stay tuned for details on our next event. Let’s continue to build empowered, inclusive, and resilient teams together!
